We are looking appointing Accounts/ Admin Executive. Candidate must fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of computers, suitable experience

Responsibilities and duties

  • Maintaining Honesty, Integrity & ethics in business.
  • Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis.
  • Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Tally.
  • Able to create excel sheet and maintain accounts.
  • Basic Knowledge of GST.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Making / Receiving calls and making presentations.
  • Willingness to work beyond the call of duty.

Skills and requirements

  • Should be a fast learner and be presentable.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience of working with MS-Office.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
